February is our annual Stout & Chops Month. We encourage you to “Come to the Dark Side”, as our taps “Fade to Black”, we always realize that “Stout Happens” and “Once you go Black…” you’ll also need to, “Get Your Chops On!”

We partner with our bros at The Mountain Sun along with other Colorado & New Mexico breweries to create a once in lifetime line-up of 24 amazing Stouts!  They’ll also be a Daily Stout Taster Tray.  And, Chef Marsha & Anders are working on Stout Food Pairings (see below.)

And on Friday, Feb 28 is our 5th Annual Mutton Chop Contest.  Prizes for:

* Best Natural

* Best Enhanced

* Anything Goes!
